Here at Revitol, we know how crucial it is for business to take responsibility in the fight for our planet. We use PCR plastics for all of our plastic containers, cutting our carbon footprint and offering customers second-life containers. As of today, Revitol is not able to accept empty bottles for returns, but we are working hard on a nation-wide recycling program to further reduce our environmental impact.

+ Does the brand offer discounted refills if you return used bottles?

As of today, we're not able to offer that service. But, we'll have exciting news on that front soon. Stay tuned!

+ Is Revitol cruelty free?

Without a doubt. Our founders decided before Revitol even had its name, it would be a cruelty free brand. We have never, nor will we ever, test our products on animals.

+ What is your Money Back guarantee?

You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within ninety (90) days of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

We ship all USA orders via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation.International orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking or a local international carrier with tracking. All packages are discreetly shipped with no indication of what product is inside.

+ How long does it take to receive our products?

USA orders are shipped USPS and take 7 to 14 days. International Orders are shipped via FedEx and take 10 to 21 business days depending on customs clearance.Rush Shipping takes only 2 to 4 days. All of our USA orders have tracking and most international countries have tracking.

Once you place an order with us you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email within a few business days. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking status to appear in our system.
